Some of my saved Word files appear in blue. Why?
I'm using Word 2002. SOme of the saved files have changed from black to
blue. I want to understand is the significance of this. I also want to know wif it is possible to save updates to a document that will save to several locations automatically eg to my hard disk and to a memory stick for one click on SAVE. Forgetting to save twice can cause real headaches! |

Files indicated in blue, are compressed files.
See http://www.gmayor.com/automatically_backup.htm for a means to save to multiple locations. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Brian55RLW wrote: I'm using Word 2002.
