No Suggestions Synonyms list
Dear Experts,
I own Office 2007, my question regarding Word 2007. When i write for example " post", i right-click on that word trying to find the synonyms list after pressing the "Synonyms" , but unfortunately there was "No Suggestion". So what is wrong exactly? |

No Suggestions Synonyms list
Your text may be formatted with a language for which you don't have a
thesaurus (the "synonym dictionary"). Follow the steps at http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/LangFmt.htm to be sure you get the Windows and keyboard languages synchronized. The instructions for Word 2007 are slightly different from those given on that page for earlier versions: Go to the Review tab, and click the Set Language button (rightmost button in the middle row of the Proofing group). Select the desired language and click the Default button. For existing documents, you'll also have to select all the text and apply the desired language to it. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
