wrong number in footnote
I have a new document. My first footnote has the number 3 in the footer.
Also, page 2 has page number 4 in the footer. -- Steve |

Hi Steve,
Do you mean 'footnote' as per the footnotes you get via Insert|Footnote? Or do you mean the page number in the footer? If it's the latter, I suspect you've modified the document template by setting it to start page numbering from page # 3. To correct this, open the template and delete or re-set the page numbering.
