Default numering of Heading 4

Dear All,

I have used a template file for writing my thesis. Numbering of "Heading 1
to 3" are set such that they include the chapter and section number.
For example, I will automatically have:

Chapter 2. Forces and Pressures (Heading 1)
2.1. Square Structure (Heading 2)
2.1.1. Pressure distribution (Heading 3)
calibration of transducers (Heading 4)

As you see, unlike Heading 1 to 3, "Heading 4" does not have a numbering,
and I can not set the numbering similar to other headings. (formatstyles and
formatting heading 4 select allmodifyformatnumbering, then I have tried
all the options and they either don't work or mess up the rest of headings).

I would really appreciate if someone can help me.

Thanks a lot!
