Default How do I suppress printing blank fields in Word '07?

I have a Word document with check boxes and pull-downs. I don't want to
print fields that have not been checked or chosen. How do I suppress
printing these fields and the descriptions that accompany them?

I think that you should consider using a userform instead of a protected
document containing formfields.
