Default Button pictures for training

I'm putting together some training materials, with screen shots and plenty of
visuals. How can I insert pictures of MS buttons into my document?
Also, are there general screen shots available of menus/dialog boxes to save
me from making all my own screen shots?
Thanks!

You can copy any button image by opening Tools | Customize, right-clicking
on the desired button, and using Copy Button Image. Close the Customize
dialog and then paste the image into your document. Any dialog can be
captured using Alt+PrintScreen (which copies it to the Clipboard for pasting
into a document). For anything beyond that, I highly recommend SnagIt, a
very versatile dedicated screen capture utility (www.techsmith.com).
