Default mail merge address book

http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm will show you what
a data file for mail merge looks like in Word
Word can work with many database formats, but only for mail merge. The

city, state, zip. and use that or do I setup addresses and one block
and use that or what?
