Make a table. Set its column width to Fixed. Set the row height to an
exact value. Put each form field in a separate cell. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. Can I lock Text Form Field location in a Word Template?
Thank you. I will try to figure out how to use this system with an existing
form. Would you let me send you the form as an attachment to an email to see if you have any ideas or suggestions that would make this easier? My email address is "Jay Freedman" wrote: Make a table. I have been developing the form using the system you recommended and it is
working very well. Because of the design of the form, I am placing multiple tables in the form, but have had no problem. Thank you. Joe Cavanaugh "Jay Freedman" wrote: Make a table.
