Default Can I lock Text Form Field location in a Word Template?

When creating a Word Template, is it possible to lock the location of Text
Form Fields so they do not move?

Make a table. Set its column width to Fixed. Set the row height to an
exact value. Put each form field in a separate cell.

I have been developing the form using the system you recommended and it is
working very well. Because of the design of the form, I am placing multiple
tables in the form, but have had no problem. Thank you.
