Default how to hide multiple recipient email addresses

G'Day LG,

There are three address fields in an e-mail message:
To: leave blank
Cc: leave blank (unless there really IS a Cc address)
BCc: put your addresses here

To add to that, it's handier to put yourself in the To: line, or perhaps an
Alias so folks know who it came from and won't tag/report it as spam. In my
case I used the newsletter's title in the To: and let it send itself to me
so I could see what actually got delivered. Everyone else goes into the
BCC: field, which is not delivered with the e-mail.

But what if you want to send it to a group of people and you want their name
to show up in the To field (like it was only sent to them)?

Then you need to use a mail merge to email. The article at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm may be helpful.
