Default Hyperlinks

If I email the file to myself or or one person the hyperlinks atached work,
but when I do an email merge the hyperlinks are not working, I have
reinstalled Office XP and it still doesn't work

Do you have Office XP SP2 installed. It is required for this to work.

I have SP2 installed and it is not working. My version of word is 2002
