Creating a hyperlink from a mail merge document
I have created a Word Mail Merge document that I will merge to email to send
to clients via html. I need to create a hyperlink to an email address with a subject heading that includes a merged field found within the Word document. Thus, I am attempting to create a reply for the recipient that will uniquely identify the response to an id #. For example, Yes, I want to purchase. If the link, were clicked it would create a reply to my email address with a subject heading of interested in purchasing vehicle #. (Where the vehicle # was embedded in the document from a mail merge). I am not a programmer and know very little programming language or syntax. I am a power user who is trying to accomplish something immediately without waiting on I/T personnel to assist. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. |
