Default Word Forms

I set of a form Template and everything works great except that when entering
data in the fields if you hit enter instead of tab to go to the next field it
inserts a row in the form! Is there any way to lock the entire form so that
hitting enter acts like hitting tab? I have the form locked but it still
does it.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. See the link on the first of these pages that
has the word "Enter" in red.

Hope this helps,
