Grasham: I cannot locate my normal.dot file. When I follow the path you
suggest below, inside User templates" my folder is empty! Can you help me fix
MY word application?

system files, as the AppData folder is usually hidden.

The path will look something like:
C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates
