Default default namespace declaration in DTD is not supported

I get the following error i a file converted to html in word 2000 when I try
to open it in Word 2003.

"Use of default namespace declaration in DTD is not supported"
"Error location: line 6, column: 41".

Can anyone help?

Default

Why not post Line 6 so we can comment directly? NameSpace relates to
database access.
