Migrating to 2007 - problem with 2003 files
We are in the process of migrating to 2007 but have come across a problem
relating to existing documents (Wills and Will precedents) that were created in 2003. The docs contain outline numbering, LISTNUM fields and cross-references. When the docs are opened in 2007, the LISTNUM numbers and cross-references do very 'strange' things; where they should show, for example, 5.2, they change to 1.1 and all the following sub-clauses within that clause show 1.2, 1.3 etc instead of 5.2, 5.3. I have found a way to change them back to what they should be, but if I scroll down the document and then back up again, they revert to 1.2, 1.3. Please, I need to be able to open these docs in 2007 and have them behave correctly. Any help or suggestions would be very welcome. |
