Default Do not charge for problem solving

I do not think Microsoft should charge to answer queries or problems from
users of their products.

How are people to resolve issues if they cannot get any answers (unless they
pay around £40.00) per question?

Uhm...
Ask the question here? Of course the people answering the questions do not
work for Microsoft . . . or get paid for giving the answers. ... but you can
ask.

Interesting. I agree that MS should fix problems or replace defective
softward free of charge but I wouldn't leave the door open for free
instruction on how to use the product. Say you buy a set of golf
clubs. Should the manufacturer teach you how to play?
