Do not charge for problem solving
I do not think Microsoft should charge to answer queries or problems from
users of their products. How are people to resolve issues if they cannot get any answers (unless they pay around £40.00) per question? |

Ask the question here? Of course the people answering the questions do not work for Microsoft . . . or get paid for giving the answers. ... but you can ask. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup. Interesting. I agree that MS should fix problems or replace defective
softward free of charge but I wouldn't leave the door open for free instruction on how to use the product. Say you buy a set of golf clubs. Should the manufacturer teach you how to play? |
