Header & Footer Question
I frequently use a formatted letter with a distinctive header and footer. If
the text of the letter goes on to a second or third page the header and footer appear on subsequent pages which I do not want it to do. I prefer the second (and third) to be just plain pages. How can I format to achieve this? |
