Missing Access Query
I created a Word Document that merges with an Access Database Query; however,
when I opened it this morning it only shows the tables from the Access Database and not the queries. Any suggestions? |

Missing Access Query
From the Tools menu in Word, select Options and then on the General tab,
check the box against the "Confirm conversions at open" item. Then when you attach the data source to the mailmerge main document, you will be presented with a dialog in which you can choose the method by which the connection will be made. Try the DDE method. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
