change format (margins) of pasted info from email/website
Sometimes I'll copy text from an email or website and paste into Word. My
margins are set to 1". Problem is that when I paste the copied text it keeps the 'column width' from the original email or website. Thus, there's usually 1-2" of unused free space on the right side (not incl 1" margin). I cannot figure out how to make it 'spread out' to use all the usable portion of the paper. I'm either not looking up help right, or the capability doesn't exist (which I just cannot believe). Any help would be appreciated |
