Are you using newspaper-style columns (Format | Columns)? This is the
default for "snaking columns." If you are using a table, it is not the right solution for this type of layout. -- Suzanne S. If you've formatted the current section for two or more columns
(http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Format...ngColumns.htm), the text will automatically flow from one column to the next. What have you tried that doesn't work? Are you perhaps using a table? In that case, you can't -- tables just don't work that way. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
