Print Envelope button for Word 2003
Earlier versions of Word and Office simply had a print envelope icon (button)
available on the toolbar. It selected the address on your letter (or highlighted name and address from any list). This should have been retained in word 2003. It's far too cumbersome. Is there a way to accomplish envelope printing by clicking on a toolbar button or command in Office/Word 2003? -- WRC |

Open Tools | Customize. On the Commands tab, select the Tools category and
scroll down to the Envelopes and Labels... command. Drag it to a toolbar. -- Suzanne S.
