I have created a document with a table of contents using Heading styles. I
want each section in the table of contents to go to a new section in the
document. However, when I put a page or section break into the document, the
hyperlinks in the TOC then go to the break location rather than the actual
beginning of the section. For example, my TOC is on page 1 and I want my
first section to start on page 2 so I put in a page break (I also tried a
next page section break). But, when I click on the hyperlink for the first
section in my TOC, it goes to the end of the TOC (page 1 where the break
actually appears) instead of the top of page 2 where the section actually
starts. Let me know if this description doesn't make sense and I'll try to
describe it again.

You should perhaps alter the TOC style to Format--Paragraph, Line & page
breaks tab, Page break before.
