Where are the various Quick Parts located and what is the file named?

Also where are the end users Custom Option Settings stored?

Default Custom Locations in Word 2007

For English US, Quick Parts are stored he

C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Microsoft\Document
Building Blocks\1033

where [user] is the user name.
