Default Drop Down Form field

Is it at all possible to create a double drop down from field ....

I am trying to create a drop down that will narrow the choices to the second
drop down....

Example : If you choose chocolat then the second drop down will not have any
pepper and salt to it

It's possible, but it would require a macro solution. Probably, you'd have a
macro that executes when the user exits the first dropdown. It would get the
user selection, unprotect the document, repopulate the list of the second
dropdown, then reprotect the document.
