When I call a standard template the toolbars dissapear anf I get an hour
glass for a very long time (about 2-3min) before Word is operational again
(toolbars come back and I can use the template). Is there any way to improve
the response time?. Users start to get anxious and end up freezing the
software. I have Office XP professional with SP3 installed. Thanks in advance
