Default How do I turn off Delete Block in MS Word 2003?

I purchased MS Word 2003 and every time I try to delete text it prompts for
"Yes" or "no" How do I turn this feature off?

This is caused by WordPerfect option settings. Go to ToolsOptionsGeneral
and uncheck
"Help for WordPerfect Users" and "Navigation keys for WordPerfect Users."

On the General tab of Tools | Options, clear the check boxes for both
options that refer to WordPerfect.
