Default customized button on my toolbar to insert text

I had a button on my toolbar that when I pushed it, added my Bosses signature
line. My computer crashed and now I can't remember how I did it. I can add
a button to the toolbar. I know how to add the new menu button and then drag
other commands but I can't find how to add my text. i.e. Jane Doe, Admini.
etc. Can you help me?

1. Set up the things you want to add as AutoText entries.
2. Right-click any toolbar and select Customize.
3. On the Commands tab, select AutoText from the Categories list. The
AutoText items will then be listed under Commands.
4. Drag the AutoText items to the toolbar or menu where you want them.
