How do I add another location to the send to command while within.
How do I add another location to the send to command while within Word. I
want to send the file to my flash drive. I can set that up in XP but it does not "translate" into Word documents. In essence, I have to exit, go into Explorer, and send from that base. This is so much easier in WordPerfect. Why is it a hassle in Word? The only way I have been able to use it is to "save as" for both the current location and also for the flash drive...thus creating multiple steps. I must be missing something, but my searches through the FAQ'S, Microsoft Home, etc. have not been fruitful. Thanks for your ideas. David O'Brien |
