section breaks not working?
I put in a section break (next page) between the first and second pages of a
paper, but when I format the second section, the changes show up in the first section as well. How do I stop this from happening? |

What version of Word are you using and what kind of "format" are you
referring to? If you are editing the headers (and/or footers) of the second section,
note that you must unlink them first; otherwise, changes will reflect in the corresponding header (footer) of the first section.
