Print Embedded files
I have a word document that has several embedded files. Some are word, some
are Excel and Some are .pdf. I wish to have all embedded files open and print when I print the "Master" Word Document. Is this possible? |

Print Embedded files
Hi hogrostr,
Except for the pdf, this is technically possible. Basically, you'd have to delete the existing links (which were probably created via Insert|Object and re-insert them via Insert|File. With the Excel file, an important limitation is that all of the embedded file would have to fit within the Word page its on - otherwise you'll only get whatever fits on that page. With the Word files, making the change could also change the embedded document's appearance. That's due to the way Word handles formatting styles in linked documents.
