Print options not available in MS Word 2003?
Page Setup; Print Preview and Print are greyed out in the File Menu in MS
Word 2003; although they have been available in the past. I am able to print OK from other Office 2003 applications. Someone else has signed onto my PC and they can print from Word. Please don't tell me I've got delete and re-creat emy profile. |

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Printers. What
printer is selected as the default printer? If it's None, then select a default printer to enable the Print and Print Preview commands in Word. Print options not available in MS Word 2003?
Does selecting a different default printer make the problem go
away? See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErr...ngMenusEtc.htm for another possible solution. Tarka wrote: Yes, there is a default printer selected. Selecting a different printer didn't work. But the article 'How to Restore a
Command to a Menu' worked just fine. Thanks for your help. "garfield-n-odie [MVP]" wrote: Does selecting a different default printer make the problem go away?
