You can get flat laser printer Certfied Return Receipt labels. It would be
nice to type an address in Word and print the Forms in Word. It would stop
us from having to write the addresses three times.

Apparently this is possible - but it isn't MS responsibility to supply
templates for every from mfr that comes along. Take a look at your form
mfr's web site to obtain the software/instructions you need:
