it appears as an attachment in every email I send. It says "no virus found

I suspect you can't without purchasing one of the "paid" versions

Turn off the setting that checks your email.

This is nothing to do with Word but a setting in AVG - Open the AVG Control
Centre. Click on e-mail checking then 'configure'.
