I don't see the Font Enlarge/Reduce buttons anywhere.. does anybody know where they are hiding?

In Tools | Customize (Commands tab), choose the Format Category and scroll
down to the commands for Grow Font, Shrink Font, Grow Font 1 Pt, and Shrink
Font 1 Pt. Drag them to a toolbar as desired.
