Default Can't see header - Part 2

It was suggested that "Drawing" needs to be check in Tools | Options. That
works correctly on my machine, but not on the user who is having the
problem. She sees a graphic used as a header in Print Preview and when
printing, but does not see it in Print Layout view at all. When fooling
with some non specified settings, she very briefly sees the header but it
again disappears.

Does anyone have any other insight as to what might be going on here? Word

It could be a video driver problem. Sometimes turning hardware acceleration
down a notch helps.

And since I suggest turning down hardware acceleration so often in the PPT
group, our friend Steve Rindsberg wrote up a little FAQ to make it easy for
people to do.

Thanks. I've passed this along to the tech working at the site.

Thanks. Turning down acceleration did the trick.
