Default Migrating Spellcheck files to new system?

I have a client who upgraded to a new PC system, and she wishes to
migrate her Custom Spellcheck Dictionary and Auto-Correct list to her
new system. How can this be done? What files/folders store the Custom
Dictionary and Auto-Correction data? Can someone help us? Her old
system was Windows 2000 Pro running Word 97 and now she's on Windows XP
Home running Office 2003 Student/Teacher Edition.
