Looking for a sample Word document of a constitution for minor sports league?

I agree with Charles Kenyon that this is not a Word problem.

However, another option would be to get on Google and look up a good
professional writer or editor to help you write your constitution.
DocuWright Technical Services (http://www.docuwright.com) is one good one,
but there are lots.
