How do I correct the numbering of a pasted document?
I pasted a document, inserted a index and now the page numbers are wrong eg
they start from 1 again at the pasted docunment |

How do I correct the numbering of a pasted document?
Presumably there is a section break between the documents and you have the
numbering set to restart in the second section.
