Default Changing the icon for a custom made template in Word 2013

Hello all,

I have been working on creating a few internal company Word templates. When Word is open, it gives a choice to the user of which template file they want to open – please see the attached screenshot which shows what appears on my screen.

The template I have been working on is called QMS Templatejc2 (highlighted in red in the attachment). The icon that is currently assigned to the template is a fairly standard small piece of paper with lines on. Do you know if there is a way to change the template icon so that it is a bit more personalized? Ideally with a small company logo or something similar. A lot of the other default templates in the attached image show that some of these have much more personalized icons.

Please let me know if this is possible and thank you for your help.

Kind regards,

James
