if i wish to send my word document by email i select the email icon but when
i select recipients the list of recipients is displayed but after clicking on
the name it does not appear in the recipient field - it stays blank - how do
i rectify this problem?

You have to click the To: button to insert the name in the To: field. You
can also insert it in the Cc: or Bcc: field.
