Default How do I use an address book to print labels?

I am trying to help a friend with her computer. She put her addresses in the
address book under accessories in XP. How do I select this as the database
for a mail merge for labels?

If this is the Windows Address Book (.wab), it cannot be used as a data
source in Word.
