Hi

Doe anyone know how I can insert a scissors paper cut into a document.

eg a dash line with a pair of scissors at each end..

There are assorted scissors characters in the Zapf Dingbats font. Insert
your preferred version, set a right tab at the right margin with a dashed
tab leader. Tab to create the line and add a second scissors character.
