Default Contract, subcontract synchronization

Our users develop contracts and subcontracts from model documents, (model
docs are generic in nature, containing basic contract wording). They copy all
generic model docs to a new folder as new projects are started.
They then would like to make changes to the main contract and have those
changes pushed to the correct section within the other subcontracts.
The changes consist of:
1) minor word changes, 2)logo additions, 3) adding supplier or subcontractor
names and addresses, etc.
What would be the best approach to allow for these changes to take place???

This is far from simple. Especially if you are adding things that were not
planned when the documents were set up.

Look into the IncludeText field and bookmarks.

For supplier names and addresses, I would consider using mailmerge.
