Default When I type in MS Word the words seem to disappear...anyone?

My text keeps disappearing what's up with that? I really need to know because
its irritating! thanks in advance.

In the absence of a clear description of your problem my guess is that you
are in overtype mode. Press the INS key once.

Maybe you are in overtype mode? If so, press Insert on your keyboard or
double-click the OVR button at the bottom of your screen.
