Calendar-save one month as a separate document
I recently downloaded from Microsoft templates a 2005 calendar. The calendar
obviously has 12 months and I can print any individual month which's good. What I would like to be able to do is save an individual month as a separate *.doc file . i.e. Sept.doc. If I try to copy and past an individual month I loose the formatting and when printing do not get the full page. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, BL |

What happens if you Save As, then delete the pages you don't want?

If you try file-save as ther is not aan option to delete unwanted pages.
I finally figured it out. Go to the page you want to save and left click in the corner of the page. This action selects the entire page. Right click-auto fit-auto fit to window-right click-copy Now left click on new document and right click-paste then save the file to *.doc. Worked like a charm. Thanks for the reply. "Suzanne S. The "corner" you're selecting is presumably a table handle. You can delete
pages from any document, however, by deleting all the content of the page. You can select any entire table for deletion by clicking on the table handle as well. -- Suzanne S. You are correct about the table handle. I stamd correcyed, misunderstood the
original deletion statement. I however find it easier to do ot my way instead of deleting pages. Again, thanks for the suggestion..It would have accomplished what I wanted to do. BL "Suzanne S.
