Hi WordBanterers - this is my first post!

I have a problem with MS Office - Word 2007.

I work in Munich, so my pc OS win7 is the German version and MS Office is German too. Since about a month ago the spellcheck stopped working for GB English docs. (The German spellcheck still works and US English etc.)
I have run "repair", have re-installed the proofing tools many time and re-installed WORD at least 1000 times ;-)
The software works fine on my laptop...it is just on my PC that I have a problem.
Any suggestions would be more than welcome as this is driving me slowly bonkers!

Are the English proofing tools installed correctly now?

Also, remember that language is a property of the text, and that it can
change at the insertion point. To verify that the correct language is
applied to text, display the Language on the status bar (right-click it and
click to select "Language"). Turn off the "Detect language automatically"
option in the Language dialog box (Review tab | Set Language).
