I want to have a drop down menue that the user can select more than one choice

You can use a Dropdown form field. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm and especially
the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to.

If you don't want a protected form, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/AutoTextList.htm for another method.
