How do I type a dot under the s,d,t,z,r, and n to represent the "dark"
letters in Arabic Hindi, and Sanskrit?

Default Transcribing Arabic into Roman letters

Insert Symbol. Those characters are already available, in mainstream
fonts, in the upper reaches of the Unicode set.
