Default duplicate mailing labels

I am creating a mailing list using labels. 100's of names. How can I check
for possible duplicate names?

Create a data file from your mailing labels -
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm then sort the list
alphanumerically and use Replace to get rid of duplicates - see
http://www.gmayor.com/replace_using_wildcards.htm before remerging
