Default Co-worker sees pictures on top of text - I see next to text?

I have a Word 2003 document with many pictures inserted. On my computer the
text wraps around the pictures. When a co-worker opens the same document the
pictures are on top of the text. What setting could be different?

Got It! Renamed Normal.dot and let Word recreate Normal.dot. Seems Ok now.
